Bonterra has a massive road ahead of them. They have stripped just about every worthy leader of getting them through this next phase. Great products, with absolutely no leads coming in from anywhere. The website relaunch in October was an absolute disaster that I think will take years of undoing. Would not recommend working here anytime for the next few years. They may get there, but it’s going to take a very very long time with tons of budget cuts along the way. The latest leadership that is in seat in was clearly lied to from previous HORRENDOUS leadership that did nothing for Bonterra for years. It’s a disaster still, don’t do it.

My overall experience has been less than ideal. The tech stack has been broken for a long time. The company came together after merging 5 entities and acquired 1 more in the last 6 months.
