Unfortunately Bluebeam hired a VP of Sales who demonstrates a concerning focus on personal monetary gain, prioritizing her salary and bonus over fostering a healthy sales culture and ultimately leading to no sales culture at all. Her tendency to hire individuals with a transactional order taking mindset creates an environment where she shifts her lack of sales leadership onto her sales leaders and sales reps so she has people to blame, hindering personal accountability for the level of sales acumen in this organisation. The absence of a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere negatively impacts the overall sales team and she hides behind the strength of the product in order to manipulate and play victim to her VP peers and the c-level.
