3 CROs in 18 months. Company built on middle management and not technology and services. When the first CRO they started with 8% commission but have then dropped us down to 3%. Trying to grow through hiring sales people. They’ve grown it from 8 sales people to over 30 so the territories are micro small. Incredible product, inexperienced leadership at both the business unit and corporate leadership level. Awesome brand but with incredible turnover across all teams.
