Incredible product, inexperienced leadership at both the business unit and corporate leadership level. Awesome brand but with incredible turnover across all teams. Most tenures were less than 18 months for both ICs and Managers. The company lacked a stable vision after acquiring several companies. They had no understanding of how to integrate these companies leaving most business units to navigate this without any leadership input.

Absolute culture of fear. QBR’s are used as a platform to be fired if you’re a Client Exec.

A company with a deep talent pool that doesn’t fully understand its own identity and has been extremely volatile and unfriendly to sales people since day 1.
