Great place for an entry-level salesperson. Limited ability to make over $150k. Limited buy-in from leadership that sales is a top priority, but a great place to learn sales while selling a great product.

Overall, my experience at Bloomerang has been good. Going through some management changes at the moment so as a team we are not entirely sure how to feel. As a BDR compensation is a bit low in comparison to the market value for an outbound BDR but working in the nonprofit space that comes with the territory.

Good mission driven company with people who care about the non profits they serve. If you only want to maximize your earnings look elsewhere but if you care about the work you do and the clients you serve this is a good place to be
