Overall, my experience at Bloomerang has been good. Going through some management changes at the moment so as a team we are not entirely sure how to feel. As a BDR compensation is a bit low in comparison to the market value for an outbound BDR but working in the nonprofit space that comes with the territory.

Great company with open and honest leadership. Lots of opportunity for connections even though it’s remote first. Love the BDR team and all the leadership and culture there!

Good mission driven company with people who care about the non profits they serve. If you only want to maximize your earnings look elsewhere but if you care about the work you do and the clients you serve this is a good place to be
