Former Employee2.7Aug 3, 2023quotas were very difficult to achieve and most reps aren't even achieving 70% of their goal. Management's response was to double down and increase the quotas even more. Sales success is measured by stacking against peers and against very aggressive KPI's. They do offer very good training though.
