This is the worst job I've ever had. Everyone is miserable, comp makes NO sense, and leadership is inept. Do not take this job unless you are ready to quit within the year and prepared to make little more than your base. Stated OTE is so off less than 1% of reps even come close in years 1-2, and the overwhelming majority quit before year 3
