Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The best part of this company was my fellow sales colleagues, who are incredibly kind, smart, and hardworking. The quota is absolutely not easy to hit with avg deal size and product fit (14% of enterprise corporate AE's actually hit quota in 2023.) Leadership here really plays into the corporate politics and inspires basically 0 help or motivation to hit your #. The culture here has gone downhill in my last 2 years, constant tracking and micro-management, you are just a KPI here now and you can feel it. This company is also still listed as "hybrid" however they are forcing a 4 day minimum in office requirement with ZERO flexibility. I am grateful for the connections I have made at this company, but am extremely happy to be leaving.
