Bloomberg needs to increase the base pay to meet the same pay that external hires receive; the compensation enterprise/mid-market employees receive forces many employees out of the company. Pay structure needs drastic improvement

My manager on the government affairs side told me I was hired to sell and not comment on culture. Another manager let go of one of the reps who was struggling but didn’t provide help for them.
