Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My manager on the government affairs side told me I was hired to sell and not comment on culture. Another manager let go of one of the reps who was struggling but didn’t provide help for them. Was told this manager “wasn’t good with minorities” and was also family friends with the sales director. I brought this to the CEO in Arlington and nothing was done. As a gay black woman this is a place I would never return to work for again no matter what the compensation was. Also, raised issues to their HR and they literally were texting during the meeting. Not taking notes, texting. You’ve been warned.
