Good base, very little commission potential. Organization's tech stack and data is an absolute mess. High attrition, so they don't fire often. Good job security. Good place to coast

My manager on the government affairs side told me I was hired to sell and not comment on culture. Another manager let go of one of the reps who was struggling but didn’t provide help for them.
