On the flip side, the only way to get a good compensation is to spend a lot of years in the company. Bloomberg really values loyalty. There isn’t a commission for each deal, instead you have a yearly bonus (which ranges 10-25% of your base salary). On the first years it is very common to get 15-20% salary increases if you perform well.
