my overall experience has been positive. they treat you fairly well aside from base comp - you are encouraged to upskill in trending themes and areas of the sales business ranging from particular products of financial segments. Depending on who you work with in your team and who you report with, people may have different experiences - however, I'm currently really enjoying the team I work with and the team leader I report with.

Experience has been good thus far. Would be nice to have greater OTE then base/bonus, but it's stable company during and unstable time for sale folks...Very safe spot to be given private company .
