Former Employee PLG GTM motion with strong focus on building subscription base. Once limits are reached, customer reaches out to Sales team to upgrade to Enterprise license. Very health inbound funnel. Great leadership; however, Sales team not prioritized as Product was the focus. Realistic to reach 70-90% of quota.
