Current Employee Beyond Identity has a great sales culture. We have a supportive team dynamic, do pclub.io training together, and get tools from RevOps needed to be successful. The VP Sales is a true advocate for his reps, doesn't micromanage, and will get in the trenches with the SDRs to foster that winning culture. There is go to market support from the channel, MSPs, FedRamp moderate status, and global systems integrators. The biggest challenges are that it's a very competitive market and overhauling authentication is a highly-sensitive project. But you'll consistently win opportunities if you can attach the project to an MFA breach, the customers' distrust of Okta/Microsoft/OneLogin, or their enthusiasm for digital transformation from passwordless.
