this place sucks. product hasnt been updated since 2018 no one hits quota, no one gets paid, leadership doesnt care. Just fired the entire commercial sales team a couple months ago "to start fresh with the right people"

Good pay, and that was about it. There is very little reason to believe this company will dig themselves out of the hole they got themselves into. Product/Market fit just isn't there anymore.

layoffs pretty consistently every 2-3 months for the past year. Laid off every BDR, every SE and every AE except 6. AEs will now have to do all the outbounding and run the demos

Lost. Bought dying piece of G2 spend management. Come to find out no one use it and doesnt like the product. Trying to sell the core stuff but even that is outdated and has become table stakes for a lot of other vendors.
