2024 was a challenging year from an attainment perspective but pipeline is looking much stronger for 2025 and new sales leadership in place.

Great base salary. Near impossible to hit OTE given they really only let you work on land deals. Companies interested in pilots but competition is driving pricing down. Low expansion, high churn because product isn’t solving high ROI problem and manufacturers simply don’t care to pay big $$$ for safety
