Good product mix and great team mates, long interview process. I was promised a different income (considerably higher at first). They operate more like a med supply company than a med device company. Just OK.

Bad leadership. Was once told "if your not getting kicked out of at least 1 hospital per year, your not selling hard enough". No clear chain of command. They witheld commisions for 3 months in the year of 2023.
