A decent culture that they hope makes up for the lack of opportunity for advancement and low compensation. Good training experience and low tier management. The tendency is that the higher the management tier, the lower the management quality.

I enjoy working at BambooHR and want to stay. I just wish they’d stop hiring AE’s so we would have more inbound leads. The quantity is NOT enough and quality is hit and miss.
