Have Loved working here! It's been incredible and the culture and teamwork and support from my direct manager's has been amazing. I would say the main issues lay in some minor discrepancies in expectations and achievability between the Directors/executive suite, and those on the ground doing the work in the Outbound motion. The inbound motion is fine tuned, how the mid-funnel/outbound still has a lot of work to do to get where it wants/needs to be. Over all - so far in my career this is the Best place to work I've ever had. Highly Recommend!

The Sales Org has complicated commissions and the multiplier isn't very incentivizing. They have also broken out roles in the last year making it very difficult to get promoted but pretty easy to get demoted. Product is getting there but takes a really long time to roll out new products then another year to add necessary functionality to that feature. A good company...Read More

Saturated market with a product that has no key differentiators. Low pay for the position and leads are distributed by management to people they are friends with outside of work.
