Culture is good and product market fit is solid. Brand recognition is great. Base comp for an SAE seems a bit low.

BambooHR is overall a great company. The company itself is in 0 debt and I think that’s what contributes to the lower base salaries to start. They are all about sustainable growth. Just wish they would find a way to increase their wages!

Coworkers were great. My direct manager was amazing but that’s not the case with all managers. Leadership made some decision that were less than ideal. The training you get will be amazing though.
