My overall experience is good, but the technology is not well integrated and I do feel that I was doped a little during the interview process which seems to be a very common story.

Offer high base but no one hits quota, 10% currently. Poor experience. Very high turnover. Front line managers have a personal quota and prospect against you for accounts. Very odd. Immature sales leaders / motion.
