Very well organized company with lots of tools, resources and people to support your success. Being a smaller sales team does allow for constant innovation and more frequent changes to conducting business. The role caters to flexible individuals with good work ethic and ambition to succeed. My experience at Buchi was that the main product the rotavapor was not as competitive as it used to be. This caused sales to drop. This caused management to overload a skeleton crew team with work.
