Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My experience at Buchi was that the main product the rotavapor was not as competitive as it used to be. This caused sales to drop. This caused management to overload a skeleton crew team with work. Some managers were nice, others were downright awful. This caused the culture to be a bit toxic and the workload to be extremely high. The pay here was nice for my level, but it was not worth the long 10-12 hours per day with weekends that I had to work in order to keep somewhat afloat. Even while I was working these hours I still had one manager who would go off angrily at me on each opportunity pipeline follow that I had about twice a week. Browse Other Reviews
