Not great. Product managers are completely disconnected from reality and it takes toll on your ability to bring new business as there is no USP

Immediate leadership was great. Unreasonable quotas set by the C-Suite that are impossible to hit. The comp plan is atrocious. They expect reps to close $500K+ deals and pay them >2%. Also paid on % to quota not size of deal. Product is not ready for the market and very little lead volume.

Awful sales compensation structure. Quotas are set to be unattainable. Last year only 2 sales execs achieved quota.

Poor. Leadership is not grounded in the reality of the market or the current environment. No attempt to understand the teams struggles just berate them publicly for it. Very unhealthy
