At first, I thought the product was a good one, mostly because I kew the problem it solves already. But unfortunetelly the lack of experience and knowledge of the managers overall make the product to be unreliable and harder to sell than should. Unconventional processes and poorly built features will make you have to explain a lot to the costumers that are in general no happy once their are fooled to acquire the solution. The big problem of this company are the managers, they really think that~s becausr they have "director" in front of their name htey can talk to you recklessly. This company deserves no respect.

Great culture, but still a lot of start up culture

Overall, it was a good experience. Axonius sells itself as there's a huge market fit. It was a fun ride, especially at the beginning but the sales team grew very fast and they lost the good culture. One of their primary values is "growth", yet they don't hold their end of the bargain with no progression path.
