Former Employee This company has high compensation, but also quarterly turnover for the stock evaluation, all they care about is the EBITA, hire and fire with high turnover. I was brought in to expand the consumer side, and it was like the whole company was fighting against our team. Turned it up from 3 people and $2mil a year to 10 people and almost $25mil 2 years later. My compensation was too high based on my rate and they dropped my whole team and left me without my final commission check which would have been close to $500k. If you go here, don't plan on being there for long or have something as a backup plan, they have screwed over a lot of great employees.
