Would not recommend. Legal directory industry is declining as a whole. Everyone’s quota is the same regardless of the part of the country. Many reps use dishonest tactics to hit quota as they quickly fire reps.

Avvo is aggressively mediocre. If you are new to sales entirely, it can be a good way to get a foot in the door, but it lost much of what made it a good place to work when it was acquired by Internet Brands in 2018 and the IB leadership is your typical office jockey stuck in the last century making reactively poor business decisions that ripple down every verticle....Read More

My overall experience was okay. Highly transactional environment, extremely competitive. Sales managers are just okay, some are more engaged than others. Ability to move up isn't really there.

My overall experience was OK. The product was diminishing in value over my tenure. I dont want to see what the product is for customers in 1 year.
