Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The quotas are high and the attainment is low. Average attainment is probably in the 60-70% range. Base salaries are lower than the industry standard, and 90%+ of reps aren't making their OTE since nobody is hitting quota but a select few.
Inbound lead flow is minimal, alot of business is self generated through prospecting.
The prospecting tools are great though.
Some territories are way better than others. There are definitely historically lower performing territories, but they have the same OTE as the historically great performing territories.
