I found the culture a bit toxic. Favouritism plays a significant role in career progress and if you are not buddy buddy with the execs, you will likely be kept at the bottom for leads.

This is a good team and definitely a great company to start as a BDR or if you are new to sales however if you have multiple years of sales and closing experience this position is not for you especially if you are used to making more money.
