How would you assess the effectiveness of the sales leadership team in coaching and developing their members at Automation Anywhere? Based on your experience with the leadership, would you recommend working in the sales department at Automation Anywhere?

They have a lot of turnover in the sales organisation.  It would not be a first choice as a company to join.  The founders are only concerned about protecting their income and hoping to sell the company if anyone would buy it.  It is not a people-first culture with all the riffs that have happened over the past four years.  They are stagnant and not growing their customer base, and the product rides the coattails of other partner integrations.  They are slow to innovate their products.  Avoid if you can, if it's your only option get the experience and then get out when you can.

In the past year there has been a ton of turn over in sales leadership.  I'm not 100% sure how well they have replaced those that left but my experience at Automation Anywhere was one of chaos.  Their products are not as advertised and  they have outsourced so much to India that support is flat out terrible. I didn't see many reps hitting quota ( with the exception of a few that had the best accounts.)

I would not recommend going there as they have frequent layoffs and overwork everyone.  They need to invest in the product and the marketing was terrible while I was there too. Lot's of smoke and mirrors!
