Solid overall company, has been very stable , if that's appealing to you. Some recent product acquisitions have caused headaches for the sales team. New products acquired and added to our bags, but customer adoption and post sale support has been challenging. Overall good trajectory, interesting work, exciting industry. Decent comp structure + ESPP Unlikely that you'll ever blow it out of the water, but pay downside is limited.

My experience at Autodesk was positive. They allow quite a bit of autonomy in the position and provide the resources to be successful.

I was at Autodesk for five years and was promoted multiple times. It’s a fantastic company that generally treats its employees very well. That said, like many companies, they don’t always pay fair to those promoted relative to those hired externally so I had to leave for more competitive pay.
