What is the sales management style at Autodesk like for professionals interested in joining their sales team?

It completely depends on which business unit you join, and then the manager or director you work for.

On the construction side it is EXTREMELY political - sadly, the most political company orgnzation I have ever worked for.   If you are lucky and have a good manager or executive you report to, you can have a good career.   If you are not lucky, it doesn't even matter if you hit quota, you will be the scapegoat for a manager or executive who is performing poorly.  Lots of empire building and nepotism, people with no management experience whatsoever will get promoted quickly if connected to the right executive.   In summary, watch your back.   Your continued employment has nothing to do with you meeting or exceeding quota.  Negotiate first full year quota down if possible (usually it isn't).   You will have a shot at making your OTE in your firt ful year, but the game is you get an OTE that is fair and even attractive, but after Y1 you will be extremely lucky to ever hit it.  That is by design.

You do not want to be in ACS or selling the Construction Cloud - best construction division to work for is WWFO.  Role is infinitely easier, plans achievable.   Pay is MUCH higher at WWFO, ACS pay is quite bad for salespeople, ok for management but not great.

The answer varies widely from manager to manager. All have great strengths and development areas. We are after all, human, and have very varying backgrounds. Best advice is to test the hiring manager in your interview process. Assess based on your requirements in a leader.
