Great company to work for some challenges with fast growth but working hard to get a handle on things
Former Employee2.9Oct 6, 2023Overall experience was good but the team struggled with scaling and goal setting. The goals were set where only a couple reps would hit them. There was potential to make good money but there were massive swings of ups and downs. Possible to have a big year but most were down years.
