We had a strong training/ramp program with colleagues and managers who wanted each individual to succeed and if they were struggling to figure out a way to help them succeed. Overall experience was good but the team struggled with scaling and goal setting. The goals were set where only a couple reps would hit them. There was potential to make good money but there were massive swings of ups and downs. Possible to have a big year but most were down years.
