I really love it here. The freedom to build your own role, grow your responsibilities is pretty freeing. You are treated like an adult, not just a number. I feel well compensated for my role, but not everyone feels this way. As Augury grows, they are beginning to feel more corporate and are caring more about every last bit of margin vs making sure everyone is happy...Read More

Sales Leadership is a disaster. They keep people dumb and strategy close to chest. The promoted an SDR to Team Lead and then demoted him a few months later.
