Back to ReviewsFormer Employee When I started with the company it was great. We had a strong training/ramp program with colleagues and managers who wanted each individual to succeed and if they were struggling to figure out a way to help them succeed. Unfortunately when I was promoted from SDR to Sr to Account specialist (they wouldn’t call us Account Managers b/c intimately they didn’t want to pay us that rate even though that was what our role was) the manager j had in that position was new and didn’t support the company culture. When I tried to ask about promotion etc after a year into the role they kept putting it off b/c they didn’t set “perimeters for success” so it gave them the ability to say we don’t have anything to “grade/rate” you on… that went on for months with HR included until they did a massive lay off and ultimately cut our position (though they filled it immediately after with revamping of other roles)
My colleagues I worked with in my position and the manager I had to start were great. The culture when the company started struggling was not as open and communicative / growth focused towards the end. Browse Other Reviews
