Execs are looking to clean the books up, push products on the ITRC side of the house that aren't doing well, and sell out asap. If you want an big 4 consulting employee experience than you have found the place. Most folks come from the industry, complain about how much they were worked to death but aren't living in reality due to the culture being exactly that.

My overall experience, especially for enterprise sellers, is that the upside here for overall comp is on the low side. Higher volume, lower ASP, high quota.
