Very chill culture, no hire & fire, but also not much guidance. Everything is very slow and you have to network internally a lot, to get somewhere. It's a great place if you want to work and sales and have a good work/life balance. You will not make big money, but you can live a comfortable life in Germany and get all the perks of the union. Perfect for starting a family.

Atos is in big financial trouble and has no direction and poor leadership. Nobody is even close to quota attainment.
