They ended up laying off everyone and didn't really try and include sales in any process to not get to that point. It wasn't a out of nowhere decision and tried to do stuff that no one believed would solve the problem.

Not a true sales position! Don't be fooled by the title of Account Executive this will be a step backwards for your sales career.
