Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The experience was overall decent. It was definitely an in-person boiler room, but once the office moved to the new fancy building with a koi fish pond and fancy art everywhere, it got worse. Trainings stopped, the compensation plan changed for the worse, and they made it harder to sell the product. In a sense, it felt like they were hemorrhaging money elsewhere and looking at the sales floor to stop the bleeding by reducing commissions paid out. If you hustled hard and kept calling people, you'd make decent money, but that all changed when they reduced the TAM and changed how each closed account was counted. A 45k base was an insult, and upper management knew it. If you don't come in as a senior AE making 85k base, the salary doesn't really reflect that of an AE. You're more of a glorified BDR.
