Great people, low quota attainment and very high turnover. Mass layoffs happening frequently. Low base pay, minimal commission. OTE very far off from actual pay.

Not a true sales position! Don't be fooled by the title of Account Executive this will be a step backwards for your sales career. My overall experience was great due to the people there. Money was good for me because I hit and exceeded my numbers. It's a cool product and they do solve a problem but the C-suite is the reason the company could fail.
