3 re-orgs within 3 years. Only the ENT reps met quota. Very little training or professional development. Low base salary. Inconsistent comp plan. Great product. pretty good culture. Terrible benefits. No matching 401k. No presidents club.

Strong specialty software with good potential in a surprisingly crowded market. If you have the opportunity, take a look at this company but be sure you have some money saved up just in case things do not go according to your plans.

Great company with a solid culture, low turnover. Happy sales team with majority hitting quota. There are gaps in process and gaps in training.

This is the most incredible leadership team I have ever worked under. The work/life balance is great, and the product is well positioned. The only negative(and the thing that drove me to this site in the first place) is the compensation is below where it should be for the quotas and deal size being asked of us.
