Assembly is an awesome company to work for. The leadership is outstanding, transparent, collaborative, and inclusive. I get great support from my manager. I love working remote and the company does a great job of making sure we feel that we are a part of something bigger. Lots of company perks like flexible PTO, internet/phone/office stipend, excellent company benefits and fun inclusive employee events that keep us all connected. This is by far, the best job that I have ever had.

Strong specialty software with good potential in a surprisingly crowded market. If you have the opportunity, take a look at this company but be sure you have some money saved up just in case things do not go according to your plans.

3 re-orgs within 3 years. Only the ENT reps met quota. Very little training or professional development. Low base salary. Inconsistent comp plan. Great product. pretty good culture. Terrible benefits. No matching 401k. No presidents club.
