Assembly is an awesome company to work for. The leadership is outstanding, transparent, collaborative, and inclusive. I get great support from my manager. 3 re-orgs within 3 years. Only the ENT reps met quota. Very little training or professional development. Low base salary. Inconsistent comp plan. Great product. pretty good culture. Terrible benefits. No matching 401k. No presidents club.

This is the most incredible leadership team I have ever worked under. The work/life balance is great, and the product is well positioned. The only negative(and the thing that drove me to this site in the first place) is the compensation is below where it should be for the quotas and deal size being asked of us.
