Overall the product is pretty good. Executive leadership is driving the company to the ground. All of the best managers/directors are leaving or are driven out. They expect you to work long hours for mediocre pay and change the comp plan every quarter so you make less and less money.

the org was better yeas ago. Slowing inbound as a result of competitors eating market share has made it a reoccurring problem for them
