Best in class products across the board. Always something new to show customers and have no trouble getting in with a doc to show new products/techniques. Being a full bag rep in the ortho space is a blessing and a curse - sometimes I feel like a jack of all trades, but at the same time I can offer a great solution for any surgical procedure our customer base is doing outside of a TKA/THA. Our distributor is moving towards a specialized rep model with is good, but it’s also a slow process.
