The rest have been fired for no cause at all or performance excuses after implementing a new compensation restructuring. They internally penny pinch but executives are still taking 3-5 monthly trips with restaurants tabs in the thousands. They hire college grads and burn through them until the next graduating class to the point they are having mentors with less than a year experience.
