This company is really run by only a few people (investor, founder, ceo, and head of presales), all of which have no idea about the market. They refuse to admit that we actually have competitors, and pivot the entire company anytime there is a hint of success. It's a shame, as the concept and (at one point) vision were great. But this is another tale of incompetent leadership driving things into the ground.
